Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept at using software tools for data analysis, such as Excel, SQL, or HR analytics platforms.
Good understanding of labor market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition metrics and dashboards.
