Summary of the Role
As a Senior Semiconductor Process Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and streamline processes to enhance yield and improve product quality. Your expertise in semiconductor fabrication, process engineering, and project management will be crucial to the success of our cutting-edge semiconductor production.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering with a track record of successful process development and optimization.
Expertise in semiconductor fabrication techniques, such as lithography, etching, chemical vapor deposition, and physical vapor deposition.
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and materials.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to semiconductor manufacturing.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in applying Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies.
Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prepare detailed technical reports.
Authorization to work in the respective country without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of new semiconductor processes, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Analyze process equipment and technology capabilities to recommend improvements and innovations.
Troubleshoot complex process issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to integrate new processes and ensure seamless transition from development to production.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, control plans, and standard operating procedures.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Oversee process qualification and validation activities in accordance with industry standards.
Monitor key process indicators, and utilize statistical process control techniques to ensure stability and capability.
Engage with suppliers and external partners to source process materials and equipment, and to sustain the supply chain.
