Responsibilities

Coordinate with veterinary professionals to arrange regular health checks and address any medical concerns.
Manage staff training and development to ensure high-quality service and care.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary, while managing budget constraints.
Build and maintain relationships with pet owners, offering exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and innovations to consistently improve pet care services.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on the status and progress of the pet care department.
