Summary of the Role
As a Junior Data Visualization Specialist, you will support our analytics team in transforming complex data sets into compelling and understandable visualizations that inform business decisions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing visual analytics and reporting solutions that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills
Proficiency with data visualization softwares (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Understanding of basic data analysis and statistical concepts.
Ability to interpret and analyze data sets.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Creative design skills to make complex data easily understandable.
Basic knowledge of SQL or other querying languages.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Work with data analysts and business teams to understand data requirements and convert complex data sets into clear, actionable visuals.
Use data visualization tools to design and implement creative visualizations.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in visualizations.
Participate in the evaluation of new data visualization tools and techniques.
Assist with user acceptance testing of data visualizations.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
Present findings and visualizations to team members and management as needed.
