Summary of the Role
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be a vital member of the healthcare team, providing comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan. This role involves working autonomously and in collaboration with healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage patient health problems. You will focus on health promotion, disease prevention, health education, and counseling as well as the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic diseases.

Qualifications
Current registered nurse (RN) license and completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
Eligibility for certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP).
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are recommended.
Excellent clinical skills and judgment.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
