Summary of the Role
An entry-level Recruiter is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and assisting with the interview process. They work closely with senior recruiters to develop their skills in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent.

Assist with the creation and posting of job listings.

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Support candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Perform initial candidate screenings and assessments.
Assist with the organization of recruitment events and participate in job fairs.
Maintain candidate databases and handle administrative duties related to recruitment.
