Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budgets.
Design wedding concepts and themes that reflect the couple's style and personalities.
Negotiate with vendors and venues to secure bookings and manage contracts.
Coordinate all logistics, including invitations, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
Manage scheduling and timelines for all wedding-related activities.
Provide on-site coordination on the wedding day to ensure all goes smoothly.
Address any unforeseen issues or emergencies that may arise during the wedding.
Keep the wedding party informed of the itinerary and manage the flow of the event.
Work closely with photographers, videographers, florists, and other vendors to execute the wedding plan.
Follow up with the couple post-wedding to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
