The Analytics Manager will oversee the data analysis and business intelligence functions within the organization. This role involves managing a team of analysts, developing analytics strategies, and ensuring data quality and integrity. Qualifications

Experience with database management software, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) frameworks.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, D3.js).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement data analysis, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Oversee the creation of data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations.
Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow.
Use analytics to drive key business decisions.
Manage analytics projects to deliver actionable insights in a timely manner.
