Summary of the Role
As a Junior Change Leadership Coach, you will work collaboratively with management teams and employees to support transformational change efforts within the organization. The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of strategies for effective change management and leadership coaching, with a focus on enhancing organizational performance and employee engagement during periods of transition.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
A proactive and enthusiastic team player with a desire to learn and grow within the field of change management.
Ability to understand and articulate issues related to organizational change and leadership challenges.
Responsibilities
Assist in the facilitation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Collaborate with the change leadership team to develop and implement coaching programs tailored to the needs of managers and leaders.
Support the design and delivery of workshops and training sessions related to change management and leadership development.
Conduct one-on-one or group coaching sessions under the guidance of senior coaches to help individuals navigate through organizational changes.
Assist in assessing the impact of change on the organization and its stakeholders and in evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Help in the preparation of communication materials to promote the benefits of change and to ensure a consistent understanding of the change objectives across the organization.
Participate in monitoring and reporting on the progress of change initiatives to ensure the alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
