Summary of the Role
As a Senior Learning and Development Analyst, you will be tasked with enhancing our organization's employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of training methodologies, e-learning platforms, and performance metrics. You will develop and implement learning strategies and programs, measure the effectiveness of training activities, and ensure our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the company's goals.
Required Skills
Expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design models.
Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
Working knowledge of course authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
Understanding of competency frameworks and skills assessments.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative approach to learning solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role within a corporate setting.
Proven track record of creating and implementing successful training programs.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning content development tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate that into actionable plans.
Excellent project management skills with a capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff.
Responsibilities
Work closely with department leads to identify training needs and develop bespoke learning initiatives.
Design, implement, and maintain e-learning courses, workshops, exercises, and other educational materials.
Conduct regular assessments of the organization's training needs and recommend solutions.
Analyze data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to source the best training resources available.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in employee development and incorporate new techniques into the training curriculum.
Handle the logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
Manage the L&D budget efficiently to maximize resources and meet learning objectives.
