Summary of the Role
As a Litigation Consultant, you will provide expert advice to legal teams throughout the litigation process, utilizing your knowledge in legal and industry-specific areas to assist with case strategy, testimony, and trial preparation. You will work cross-functionally with lawyers, witnesses, and industry experts to ensure that the case presentation is clear, compelling, and legally sound.

Experience in preparing expert witnesses and aiding in deposition and trial preparation
Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
Analyze legal cases and provide insight on the strengths and weaknesses of the arguments
Assist in developing case strategies and themes for trial
Prepare expert witnesses to testify credibly and effectively in court
Conduct research on legal precedents and industry-specific information relevant to the case
Create demonstrative evidence and collaborate on multimedia presentations for trials
Work closely with legal teams to review and synthesize complex documents and materials
Communicate with clients to explain complex legal and technical concepts in an understandable way
Collaborate with other consultants and subject matter experts to strengthen case presentations
