You will collaborate closely with clients to assess current inclusivity gaps, develop customized strategies, and facilitate the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Responsibilities
Assist in conducting thorough diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) assessments for client organizations.
Support the development of inclusive strategies and policies.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote understanding of DE&I best practices.
Contribute to the creation of diverse workforce plans, ensuring alignment with client's goals.
Analyze data to track the progress of DE&I initiatives and report on key metrics.
Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate inclusion strategies across all levels of an organization.
