Summary of the Role
As a Diversity and Inclusion Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging data to identify trends and insights related to workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will work to assist in the development and implementation of initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in a role focused on diversity, inclusion, or data analysis.
Proven experience with HR metrics and reporting.
Understanding of equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Responsibilities
Analyze diversity and inclusion data to assess the effectiveness of policies and programs.
Collaborate with HR and management to develop and track diversity metrics and performance indicators.
Prepare and present reports on diversity and inclusion efforts and progress to senior leaders.
Research best practices in diversity and inclusion and make recommendations for improvements.
Assist in the administration of diversity and inclusion surveys and focus groups.
Support the design and delivery of diversity and inclusion training programs.
Participate in cross-functional teams to advance diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.
