Strong understanding of health promotion strategies and wellness program design.
Experience with data analytics and using metrics to assess program effectiveness.
Familiarity with employment law, healthcare regulations, and industry standards pertaining to workplace wellness.

Communicate wellness program initiatives, events, and outcomes to all levels of the organization to drive engagement.
Stay informed on the latest trends in workplace wellness and continuously seek innovative solutions that can be applied within the organization.
Lead a team of wellness professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure execution of high-quality programs.
Organize and facilitate health and wellness events, such as health fairs, workshops, and fitness challenges.
