Summary of the Role
The Greenhouse Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production within a greenhouse environment, ensuring all products meet or exceed quality standards. They lead quality assurance programs, manage a team of quality control specialists, and work closely with other departments to maintain high-quality output.

Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance systems.
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations concerning agricultural production.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures for plant production.
Oversee and inspect plants and products to ensure they meet specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and train a team of quality control specialists in effective quality management practices.
Collaborate with cultivation and operations teams to identify and resolve quality related issues.
Prepare and present detailed quality reports to upper management.
Regularly review and update quality standards in response to environmental changes or regulation amendments.
Manage the quality control budget and ensure efficiency in quality-related operations.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent quality breaches.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws relating to greenhouse production.
