As a Patent Agent, you will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patentability searches, and advising clients on intellectual property matters. You will work closely with inventors and clients to protect their inventions and guide them through the patent process.

2-5 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
Experience with patent searching and analysis tools.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
Draft and file patent applications with the USPTO and foreign patent offices.
Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate, and invalidity searches.
Advise clients on patent law and intellectual property strategies.
Communicate with clients to understand invention disclosures and prepare patent applications.
Analyze Office Actions from patent offices and prepare substantive responses.
Maintain current knowledge of changes in intellectual property law.
Manage and prioritize multiple client portfolios with varying deadlines.
