Summary of the Role
As a Compensation and Benefits Director, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. You will ensure that all compensation and benefits plans are competitive, sustainable, and align with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a director-level compensation and benefits role, preferably in a large corporate setting.
In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits legislation, regulations, and best practices.
Proven experience in managing compensation and benefits plans in a competitive industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that are market competitive and align with company goals.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
Manage the budget and forecasting for employee compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with HR and executive teams to harmonize compensation and benefits packages across the organization.
Oversee the analysis of compensation and benefits trends to assess the organization's position in the market.
Provide leadership and direction to the compensation and benefits team.
Design communication strategies to ensure employees understand the value of their benefits and compensation.
Partner with external vendors and consultants to ensure the successful administration of benefit programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans which are cost-effective and consistent with market trends and corporate objectives.
