Summary of the Role
Seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Oncology Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to our patients with cancer. As a senior oncology nurse, you will be responsible for administering chemotherapy, providing education and support to patients and their families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in oncology.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to oncology patients, including administering chemotherapy and other medications.
Monitor patient responses to treatments and modify care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families about cancer treatment options, side effects, and post-treatment care.
Assist with symptom management and pain relief for patients.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create customized care plans.
Act as an advocate for patients' needs and provide emotional support.
Participate in research studies and implement new treatment protocols.
Maintain patient records and document all care provided.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
