Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and industry-specific regulations.
Experience in leading and conducting audits and driving continual improvement processes.
Proven track record of developing and implementing audit strategies and programs.
Responsibilities
Lead and perform regular quality audits across various departments to ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and revise quality audit procedures and systems to identify areas of risk and non-conformity.
Coordinate with management and department heads to discuss audit findings, provide recommendations, and monitor corrective action plans.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports and maintain detailed records of audit activities and findings.
Train and mentor junior auditors and quality assurance staff to develop a strong quality-focused culture throughout the organization.
Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and collaborate with teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, best practices in quality auditing, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization.
Participate in external audits conducted by clients or regulatory bodies, representing the company and facilitating the audit process.
