Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and set them up for success from the start by understanding their needs and ensuring their goals are aligned with our services.
Monitor client accounts regularly to identify usage patterns and areas for improvement.
Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and feedback effectively.
Track and report on clients' progress and successes, identifying ways to enhance their experience.
Assist with client retention strategies by recognizing opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product or service development.
Participate in client review meetings to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing issues.
