Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and laws related to employment, including HIPAA and labor laws.
Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and mediate workplace disputes as they pertain to healthcare personnel.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare management to identify staffing needs and future workforce planning.
Implement and promote wellness and health programs for staff members.
Guide managers and employees on HR policies and best practices within the healthcare environment.
