Qualifications
A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
Active and unrestricted license to practice marriage therapy in the relevant state.
At least five years of direct experience providing marriage counseling.
Certification in relevant therapeutic approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, or similar.
Demonstrated track record of successfully working with diverse populations and complex relationship issues.
Strong ethical foundation and adherence to professional codes of conduct.
Responsibilities

Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of marriage counseling.
Supervise and mentor junior therapists within the practice.
