Summary of the Role
The Inclusion Specialist is a position dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within an organization. The individual in this role will develop, implement, and monitor programs that promote inclusive practices. They will also work to ensure that the workplace culture is welcoming and respectful for all employees, and will act to address any barriers to full participation.

Experience in developing and facilitating training sessions and workshops.
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of an organization.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and inclusivity.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and initiatives.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote an understanding of inclusion issues within the workplace.
Conduct assessments and audits to measure the organization's diversity and inclusiveness.
Collaborate with HR to ensure equitable hiring practices and promotions.
Provide support and guidance for employee resource groups.
Promote a culture of empathy, respect, and understanding across all levels of the organization.
Identify and address any incidents of discrimination or harassment.
Stay informed of current best practices and trends in the field of diversity and inclusion.
