As a Trial Lawyer, you will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft and exchange legal documents, and argue cases in state and federal courts. Responsibilities
Developing litigation strategies and representing clients in civil and criminal trials.
Overseeing the discovery process, including depositions, subpoenas, and interrogatories.
Preparing and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conducting legal research and analyzing statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, and other materials.
Collaborating with expert witnesses to present evidence and testimony.
Negotiating settlements and participating in mediation sessions.
Advocating for clients during trial by presenting opening and closing arguments, examining and cross-examining witnesses, and ensuring the trial process follows legal protocols.
