Summary of the Role
As a Radiology Department Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate all radiology activities within the department including staff management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. You will work closely with the radiology team to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services and support patient care.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
Valid certification and licensure as a radiologic technologist.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in radiology, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of radiology equipment and technology.
Understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
CPR certification may be required.
