Summary of the Role
The Vehicle Return Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service as patrons return their rental vehicles. This role ensures that the return process is efficient and that any issues are addressed promptly. The agent will inspect vehicles for damage, coordinate with the service team for any necessary repairs, and process rental returns in the computer system.

Responsibilities
Greet customers upon vehicle return and process returns quickly and accurately.
Inspect returned rental vehicles for damages and cleanliness.
