Summary of the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Reproductive Nurse to join our reproductive health team. As a Reproductive Nurse, you will be assisting patients with fertility treatments, reproductive health issues, and prenatal care. Qualifications
Valid RN license and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in reproductive health, women's health, or a closely related field.
Certification as a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Nurse (REI-RN) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of reproductive medicine, infertility treatments, and patient care protocols.
Advanced knowledge of ultrasounds and other diagnostic tools used in fertility treatments.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and support to patients undergoing fertility treatments such as IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive technologies.
Educate patients about reproductive health, fertility procedures, risks, and expected outcomes.
Monitor patient progress throughout treatment cycles, including administering medications and performing ultrasounds.
Collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Stay current with advancements in reproductive technology and best practices in nursing care.
Advocate for patient needs and provide emotional support to patients and their families during sensitive times.
Ensure a safe and sterile environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
