Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment and systems
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and parts used
Collaborate with the service team to enhance maintenance protocols and increase efficiency
Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
