Summary of the Role
A Senior Seed Quality Analyst is responsible for overseeing the testing and analysis of seed products to ensure high standards of quality, viability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves developing and refining testing methodologies, mentoring junior analysts, and working closely with breeding and production teams to deliver superior seed products.

Working knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design.
Familiarity with industry standards and certifications such as ISTA (International Seed Testing Association).
Proven ability to analyze and synthesize complex data.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
