Summary of the Role
As a Senior Mission Planner, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and organizing complex missions, managing all planning aspects, and ensuring the successful execution of operational goals. Experienced in aerospace, defense, or related fields, candidates will be expected to lead teams, liaise with stakeholders, and provide strategic oversight to mission design and implementation.

Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to ensure mission success and safety.
Present mission plans to stakeholders for approval, funding, and ongoing support.
Monitor mission progress and make real-time adjustments to strategy as needed.
Stay abreast of industry advancements and incorporate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into mission planning.
