Summary of the Role
As a Junior Bioprocess Engineer, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for developing and optimizing biotechnological processes in the production of bio-based products, including pharmaceuticals, food, and biofuels. You will work under the supervision of senior engineers to design and implement process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and assist in scaling up processes from laboratory to commercial scale.
Required Skills
Proficiency in process simulation and modeling tools (e.g., SuperPro Designer, MATLAB).
Strong analytical skills with a focus on statistical analysis and interpretation of results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry regulatory standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in biochemical engineering, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or related field.
Understanding of biochemical and chemical process operations.
