As a Senior Vehicle Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects to optimize the performance, efficiency, and safety of automotive vehicles. You will apply advanced engineering principles to improve vehicle dynamics, propulsion systems, and overall vehicle integration.

Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, propulsion systems, and overall vehicle systems integration.
Proven experience with vehicle simulation and analysis tools such as CarSim, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar.
Experience in leading testing and validation activities, including track testing and data analysis.
Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of vehicle systems to enhance performance, safety, and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into vehicle architectures.
Conduct complex simulations and analyses to predict vehicle behavior under various conditions.
Manage vehicle performance testing, including track testing and data acquisition.
Provide guidance to junior engineers and act as a technical expert in vehicle dynamics and performance.
Coordinate with suppliers to identify and integrate performance enhancing components.
Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure vehicle designs meet or exceed industry standards.
Contribute to the development of test procedures and standards for vehicle performance evaluation.
Analyze test data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to senior management.
