Summary of the Role
The Ranch Hand is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the ranch, performing a variety of tasks related to the care and management of livestock, maintenance of facilities, and operation of ranch machinery and equipment.

Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in ranching or a related agricultural field.
Knowledge of livestock handling, animal husbandry, and basic veterinary care.
Experience with operation and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment.
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a variety of vehicles.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Basic understanding of crop production and pasture management.
Responsibilities
Assist with the care and management of livestock, including feeding, watering, herding, and monitoring health.
Conduct routine maintenance and repair of ranch facilities, fencing, and equipment.
Operate ranch machinery, such as tractors, ATVs, and other farm equipment.
Assist with planting, harvesting, and maintenance of ranch crops and pastures.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment on the ranch.
Participate in the branding, castrating, and dehorning of livestock as necessary.
Help with the management of ranch resources, including water, grazing, and feed supplies.
