As an Automotive Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing various automotive events such as car shows, product launches, and industry conferences. You will oversee every aspect of event planning, from initial concept development through to execution and post-event analysis, ensuring each event is successful and meets the objectives set by the organization.

MS Office proficiency and familiarity with event management software.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement event plans and concepts.
Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders to ensure event success.
Manage budgets and negotiate contracts.
Oversee the logistics of event setup, execution, and breakdown.
Maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events.
Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events.
Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
