Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and trial of IP litigation cases
Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant case law and statutes
Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and discovery requests
Communicate with clients to understand their IP protection needs and litigation goals
Collaborate with other attorneys to devise litigation strategies
Review and manage documents related to IP cases
Participate in depositions and witness preparations
Analyze intellectual property portfolios in the context of litigation
