Summary of the Role
We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to help our clients navigate through significant organizational changes. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. The Change Management Consultant will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business management, organizational development or psychology.
2-5 years of experience in change management, management consulting, or a related advisory role.
Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Support communication efforts by designing and delivering communications about change initiatives to various internal stakeholders.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of changes.
Track and report issues related to the change management process.
Ensure that project teams integrate change management activities into their project plans.
Monitor the implementation of changes and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies.
