Summary of the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting to attract, screen, select, and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings. The role includes the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new innovative recruitment approaches, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. The right candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be adept at building relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies.
Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Attend job fairs and other industry-related events.
Screen applications, select qualified candidates, schedule interviews, and oversee the interview process.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
Manage the recruitment and selection process efficiently to reduce the time-to-hire.
Negotiate salaries and benefits packages on behalf of the company.
