As a Senior Process Engineer, you will lead and oversee the development and optimization of industrial processes within our manufacturing operations. With your extensive experience and technical expertise, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements, ensuring product quality, and reducing production costs.

Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvements.
Strong understanding of process simulations and control systems.
Experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards.
Professional engineering (PE) license preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of new production processes.
Analyze and improve efficiency, output, and safety of existing processes.
Support cross-functional teams in problem-solving and decision-making activities.
Evaluate ongoing manufacturing processes to identify potential areas for enhancements.
Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Manage cost and time constraints in process development and implementation.
Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure successful project execution.
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
