Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in market research or a related role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with statistical analysis tools.
Experience with data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interpret large amounts of data and multi-task.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, databases, and statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar).
Knowledge of data warehousing, and mining data from primary and secondary sources.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data on consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Design and implement market research projects, such as surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups, tailored to the automotive industry.
Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies, and recommend improvements.
Stay up-to-date with automotive industry trends and market conditions.
Prepare reports and present results to clients or management.
Assist in the development and evaluation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Work with statistical software to analyze data and produce actionable insights.
