Summary of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pesticide Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely applying chemical solutions and pesticides to control pests in various settings, such as agricultural fields, forests, urban areas, and public and private properties. They will also oversee other applicators, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pesticide application.

Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices.
Familiarity with the use of GPS and other technology in pesticide application.
Responsibilities
Apply pesticides and chemicals according to label instructions and safety protocols.
Supervise and train junior pesticide applicators and support staff.
Maintain detailed records of pesticide application and inventory.
Inspect and assess sites to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement pest management strategies.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Calibrate and maintain application equipment.
Provide recommendations and reports to clients or management regarding pest control services.
Respond to emergency pest outbreaks and implement control measures.
