Responsibilities
Perform detailed inspections of incoming and outgoing fertilizer shipments
Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards
Lead and train junior inspectors in the correct inspection procedures
Conduct and review quality control tests in the laboratory environment
Create and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation
Coordinate with suppliers and regulatory agencies to resolve quality issues
Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance quality inspection processes
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
