Responsibilities
Conduct detailed financial analyses of individuals or businesses to determine solvency.
Evaluate financial documents and statements to ascertain the viability of debt repayment plans.
Assist in preparing reports and recommendations for debt restructuring or insolvency proceedings.
Monitor the ongoing financial status of clients under debt management plans.
Provide support in the administration of insolvency processes including bankruptcies and company voluntary arrangements (CVAs).
Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders throughout the insolvency process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the development of insolvency strategies that protect creditor interests while offering fair resolutions for debtors.
