Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all building and grounds maintenance activities.
Ensure all facilities are operated and maintained in compliance with established policies and safety standards.
Direct preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Manage facilities budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
Implement best practices in facilities management to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Plan and oversee renovations and construction projects.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align facilities management with business activities.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facility regulations are met.
Develop and maintain emergency plans including evacuation routes and disaster preparedness.
Lead and develop the facilities management team, providing training and performance feedback.
