Summary of the Role
We are seeking a Senior Piping Engineer with expertise in designing and managing piping system projects within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar relevant industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in piping design, stress analysis, and familiarity with industry standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in piping design and engineering within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully completed projects in piping design and engineering.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, and ASTM.
Experience with piping stress analysis software (e.g., CAESAR II, AutoPIPE).
Responsibilities
Design and analyze piping systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Lead piping engineering projects from concept through to completion, including material specification and selection.
Perform stress analysis of piping systems using appropriate software and ensure the integrity of the designs.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including process, structural, and mechanical departments to ensure project efficiency.
Oversee and mentor junior piping engineers and designers.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Liaise with clients and contractors, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest industry developments, standards, and technologies.
