Summary of the Role
A senior Conflict Resolution Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving conflicts within an organization or between parties effectively. This individual acts as a mediator, advisor, and strategist to prevent, identify, and address disagreements and disputes using a range of methodologies tailored to the situation at hand.

Prepare detailed reports documenting conflict resolution processes, outcomes, and recommendations for future action.
Liaise with external conflict resolution professionals as needed.
