Summary of the Role
The People Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing the team that interprets data about employment activities, employee performance, and human resource programs. This role involves strategic planning, developing analytics solutions to drive effective decision-making and designing predictive models for talent retention and recruitment.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within human resources, with a focus on analytics and data management.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, and forecasting/predictive modeling.
Experience with HRIS and analytics platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar tools.
Proven ability to manage and analyze large data sets and convert data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead the People Analytics team to provide insights on workforce data and trends.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to inform leadership decisions.
Develop and implement analytical solutions for talent management, employee engagement, and organizational design.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Create and maintain statistical models for predictive analytics, helping to forecast hiring needs and employee turnover.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management to influence HR strategies.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection laws and policies.
Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making within the HR function.
Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in people analytics and HR technology.
