You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with evolving regulations and standards, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining documentation.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in multiple regions, including the US (FDA), EU (EMA), and others.
Experience in conducting audits and risk assessments.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement regulatory strategies for product development and approval.
Monitor and analyze changes in laws, regulations, and industry guidance, assessing potential impacts on the business.
Prepare and submit regulatory submissions required to market new or existing products.
Provide regulatory input to product lifecycle planning and advise on regulatory requirements for product changes or enhancements.
Execute compliance audits and risk assessments, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Lead interactions with regulatory agencies and negotiate issues to avoid or mitigate regulatory objections to product plans.
Train and mentor junior staff on regulatory policies and procedures.
Manage the preparation and maintenance of regulatory documentation and reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure company-wide understanding of regulatory requirements.
