Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with corporate executives to develop their leadership capabilities
Facilitate workshops and training programs focused on leadership skills and team management
Assess leadership competencies using a variety of tools and provide constructive feedback to assist in personal and professional development
Develop tailored coaching plans that align with the organization's objectives and the individual's career goals
Support leaders in navigating corporate challenges and organizational change
Mentor leaders to improve their communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
Track and report on progress made by individuals undergoing coaching
Stay current with best practices in leadership development and coaching methodologies
