Summary of the Role
As a senior ERP Implementation Consultant, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within client organizations. Your expertise will help transform their business processes and enable them to operate more efficiently. You will be expected to manage complex projects, interface with key stakeholders, and drive change management to ensure seamless adoption of the new systems.

Proven track record of successful ERP project management and delivery.
Certification in relevant ERP systems is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of business processes related to Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related areas.
Experience with change management and training methodologies.
Responsibilities
Analyze client's current business processes and recommend ERP solutions to improve efficiency and address pain points.
Manage the entire lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of the ERP system with other business applications.
Deliver training and support to client staff to ensure they are proficient in using the new system.
Identify risks and manage issues throughout the project, ensuring they are mitigated and resolved.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Customize and configure ERP solutions to align with the client's business requirements.
Guide clients through change management, ensuring minimal disruption to their business during system transitions.
