Summary of the Role
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to coordinate site activities and communicate progress and challenges.

Qualifications

Proficiency with industry-specific software (e.g., CAD, Revit, BIM, project management tools).
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is being done safely and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
Monitor project progress and provide reports to project managers on timelines, resources, and potential risks.
Coordinate between various subcontractors and ensure all parties are aligned with the project timeline and objectives.
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on the construction site.
Manage materials, machinery, and on-site workers, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain the standards of construction.
Assist in the resolution of technical issues that may arise during the construction process.
Prepare and maintain documentation, such as site diaries, progress reports, and change orders.
Ensure environmental compliance and manage any issues that could impact the surrounding community or environment.
Communicate regularly with the project stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
